Boyd, Jerry Don

Jerry Don Boyd, 62, of Longview, passed away on Friday, March 
2, 2007. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 
2007, at Waco Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Boyd enjoyed a lifelong 
career in construction and was an avid deer hunter and 
fisherman who loved the outdoors. Mr. Boyd was born June 28, 
1944, in Waco, Texas, and moved to Longview in 1974. Mr. Boyd 
was a member of Grace Temple Baptist Church in Waco. Survivors 
include his wife, Barbara Boyd; mother, Mildred Boyd of Waco; 
sister, Patsy Lothlen of Waco; sons, Bobby Boyd and wife, 
Michelle, of Longview and Steve Boyd and wife, Misty, of 
McKinney; three granddaughters, Baylee, Ashlee and Abbi; and 
numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, 
March 5, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home on Judson Road in Longview.
