Memorial services for Wanda Baxter, 61, of Longview, formerly of Red Bluff, 
Calif., will be 3 p.m. today, October 29, 2006, at Zion Tabernacle on Highway 
42. Arrangements are by Welch Funeral Home. Mrs. Baxter died October 26, 2006, 
at a local hospital. Born June 30, 1945, in Wright City, Okla., she was an 
assistant manager for a health care apartment complex. Survivors include her 
husband, David Baxter; daughters, Brenda Killian, Jennifer Cowan, and Misty 
DiDio; son, Gary Greendale; and siblings, Doyal Babcock, Joyce Hopkins, Leonard
