	Wagner, Earvin L - Cpl Earvin L Wagner, son of Mrs Anner Walker, husband of Mozel Clark Wagner. Entered Air Corps 1942; trained at Camp Howze, Texas. Has served at Dalhart Army Air Field, where now on duty.
	Waldon, Horice W - Cpl Horice W Waldon, son of Mr & Mrs George Waldon, attended Kilgore (Col.) HS. Entered the Army 1942; trained at Ft Riley, Kansas. Has served in France, where now on duty.
	Whitaker, Claude F - Cpl Claude F Whitaker, son of Mrs Ida Whitaker, attended Gregg Co. Training School and Butler College, Tyler, Texas. Entered Army 1942; trained at Camp Eustis, Va. and Camp Stewart, Ga. and Calif. Has served in New Guinea and Australia. Now on duty in the Philippines.
	Wilhite, Roy C - Pfc Roy C Wilhite, son of Mrs Fannie Jones, attended Weldon HS, Gladewater. Entered Air Corps 1942; trained at Camp Swift, Texas in N.H. and Springfield, Ill. Received an honorable discharge in SEpt 1944.
	Williams, Adolphus - Cpl Adolphus Williams, son of Doshie Jones. Entered Army 1943; trained at Seattle, Wash. Now on duty at Iwo Jima.
	Williams, Amos L - S 1/c Amos L Williams, son of Janie Cooper, attended North Chapel HS. Entered Navy 1941; trained at San Diego, Cal. Served in South Pacific. Now on duty in San Francisco, Cal.
	Williams, Edwin R - S 1/c Edwin R Williams, son of E R and Eula L Williams. Entered Navy 1944; trained at Great Leakes, Hampton, and Yorktown. Now on duty at Yorktown, Va. US Naval Mine Depot.
	Williams, Herbert Jr - Pfc Herbert Williams, son of Herbert Williams and Martha Ann Stinson, attended Pine Hill School. Entered Air Corps 1942; served in the Pacific Theater, where he is still on duty.
	Williams, James E - Cpl Wm E James, son of Janie Cooper, graduate of North Chapel HS. Entered Army 1940; trained at Ft Benning, Ga. Served in India, Burma. Discharged July 1945.
	Williams, Jessie B - Sgt Jessie B Williams, son of Mrs Birda Williams, husband of Bernice Pegues Williams. Entered Army 1942; trained at Camp Wolters, Texas and Arizona. Served in N Africa, Italy, Sicily, Egypt and Germany. Holds Purple Heart.
	Williams, Jessie Lee - Pvt Jessie Lee Williams, son of Bessie Williams, attended Longview Colored HS. Entered Army April 1945; trained at Wichita Falls, Texas. Now on duty at Hill Field, Utah.
	Williams, Tilton W - Pvt Tilton W Williams, son of Janie Cooper. Entered Army March 6, 1945; trained Sheppard Field. Now on duty at Tampa Field, Fla.
	Williams, Woodrow W - Cpl Woodrow W Williams, son of Herbert Williams and Martha Ann Stinson, and husband of Dorothy Johnson, attended Pine Hill School. Entered Army 1941; trained at El Paso, Texas. Served in Africa, Italy, France, and Germany, where he is still on duty.
	Willis, Brady W - Cpl Brady W Willis, son of Mr & Mrs Tom Willis, entered Air Corps 1942; trained at Camp Swift, Texas, Washington, Jefferson College, Washington, and Penn. Has served on Saipan, Hawaii, and Okinawa. Holds Good Conduct Medal, three Bronze Stars, AP Ribbon and VFW Medal.
	Willis, Willie Thomas - Sgt Willie Thomas Willis, son of Mr & Mrs Tom Willis, attended Prairie View College, Hempstead, Texas. Entered Air Corps 1942; trained at Camp Howze, Texas. Holds Good Conduct Medal. Now on duty at Maxton, NC.
