Beulah Rena Ferguson, a resident of Longview Holiday Lodge Nursing Center celebrated her 100th birthday. She was born Sept 23, 1888 in middle Tennessee and married Zollie D. Ferguson. They moved to East Texas by covered wagon to begin their married life at Chalk Hill. They later moved to Longview, where he died in 1968 after 55 years of marriage. Beulah and Zollie had 16 children; 21 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren and 3 great great great grandchildren.
