70, of Center Point, Texas, formerly of El Paso, died Friday (June 16, 2000). A private memorial service will be conducted July 30 at his ranch in Kerry County. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; three children; three stepchildren; his sister, Nancy Gilberti; and six grandchildren. He formerly owned and operated R.E. McNally Inc. Electrical Contractors and was founder and past president of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association. He worked as a substitute high-school teacher for three school districts in the Kerry County area. He participated in many areas of community service, for which he received many civic honors.
