No dwellings were built at 416 East Second Street until after 1948.  Shown below are the maps showing this area of Coleman.  No detail maps were made prior to 1923.  The Hassard Addition, which was developed between 1923 and 1930, was taken out of Clow's Farm Addition No. 2.  416 East Second Street would be located in the northeast part of Block 8.  In 1923, Llano Street had not been opened between Blocks 7 and 8.

"In 1962, Dulan W. Mangham and his wife, Grace L. owned and was living 416 East Second Street.  He was a used car dealer.  Their telephone number was 625-2880."  (Polk's - Coleman City Directory, 1962.)

In Jun 1983, the property at 416 East Second Street was transferred from the estate of Dulane and Grace Mangham to Brenda Abbott, who sold the property to Georgia L. Keith in October 1994, then to Bettye and Edwin Slaughter in October 1995, to Patty Liles Lamadrid in September 1997, back to the Slaughters, who sold it to the Mitchell Family Trust in November 1999, who sold it to Mary Ann Isbell on the same day, who sold it to Roland and Regenia Barnett in August 2016, who sold it to James Laubhan in May 2018, who transferred it to Mary E. Laubhan in August 2018, who sold it to Jacob and Heather Nixon in November 2022.
