Their yellow page ad under Motels listings read, "Oak Motel - The Traveling Man's Home - Innerspring Mattresses by Englander - Complimentary Coffee - Telephones - Television - Panel Ray Heated - Air Conditioned - Adjoining Cafe - Dial 8258 - 119 Santa Anna Avenue (picture of motel included in advertisement)."
