By 1948, the back part of the lot at 215
East Pecan Street had was showing up as 108 San Saba Street, even though
the city directory had shown that address in 1929.
There was another dwelling behind 108, indicated as 108 1/2 San Saba
Street, as well was 215 1/2, which was behind the hotel at 215 East Pecan
