"In 1929, Lindsey L. Sewell, and his wife Della, were residing at 515 South Pecos Street.  He was a driver.  Also living at this address was Orwell Sewell, a student.  Also residing at this address were Marshall W. Morris, and his wife Bessie."  (Coleman City Directory, 1929 - Hudspeth.)

By 1948, the dwelling at 515 South Pecos Street had been divided into a duplex, with one apartment being entered from the Pecos Street (west) side, and the other apartment being entered from the Cedar Street (south side).  Apparently both apartments received mail at this address.

An automobile garage had been built on the north side and the dwelling enlarged on the northeast corner.

"In 1962, the dwelling at 515 South Pecos Street was vacant."  (Polk's - Coleman City Directory, 1962.)


In March 2003, the house at 515 South Pecos Street was torn down by the City of Coleman, as it had become very dilapidated, with the roof falling in.
