Coleman Machine Shop and Garage - A. L. Burk, Propietor, Coleman, Texas

"In 1929, the Coleman
Machine Shop was located at 200 East Pecan Street. F. B. Simmons
was the owner. They dealt in general auto repairing. Residing
at this address was Robert Johnson, a contractor, with his office at 300
West Live Oak Street." (Coleman City Directory,
1929 - Hudspeth.) (Note:
I feel certain this is a typographical error that Robert Johnson was living
at this address. Robert S. Johnson, who was living at 207 East Pecan
Street, was a well known building contractor.)
