In 1923, 117 East Pecan Street was occupied by a garage, and a farm implement warehouse was attached on the west side, with offices and small businesses occupying the southwest part of this half block, and being addressed as 107 East Pecan Street, 109 East Pecan Street, 111 East Pecan Street, and 113 East Pecan Street.
