south side - 1909 map

In 1923, a two story main house, with one story porches on the east and west, with additional one story rooms on the south and west, was at what would become 116 South Nueces Street.  At time time is was given an address of 404 Nueces Street.

"In 1929, Sallie Paddleford, widow of D. A. Paddleford, was residing at 116 South Nueces Street."  (Coleman City Directory, 1929 - Hudspeth.)
