The Highway 84/283 Bypass is the loop around the east side of Coleman. It begins at Highway 84/283, southeast of Coleman, and crossing over East Walnut Street on the Martin Luther King Memorial Overpass, running north and then west, intersecting with Highway 84 at North Neches Street.
