O. R. Carroll Has Represented Gas Company 13 Years
O. R. Carrol, local agent for the Magnolia Petroleum Company has the
well earned distinction of having represented his firm here for the past
thirteen years which is quite an enviable record. The Magnolia Company
besides being one of the larger and better known oil companies in this
section of the country is proud of the fact that it was one of the pioneering
businesses of Coleman, being the oldest agency in this city. Mr.
Roquemore was their first agent here. The company has grown with
the community and now has one of the larges plants in this section, having
a capacity of thirty thousand gallons.
Mr. Carroll came to Coleman county in 1903 from Ellis county and has
lived here every since. Having had experience in the oil business
before becoming affiliated with the Magnolia Company he was rewarded for
his knowledge of the business by being appointed local agent to serve the
people of Coleman. He is proud to be identified with the Magnolia
Industries and to be a citizen of Coleman. |
