Griffin; and Miss Lella Griffin, a student.  Rooming at this address were John N. Anderson, carpenter; and Frank N. By 2003, the dwelling located at 609 South Commercial had been removed and a vacant lot, with a temporary building was located at what had been 609 South Commercial Avenue.  By this time, the address had changed from 609 South Commercial Avenue to 607 South Commercial Avenue.
