B. A. Pessels Buys Property on Commercial Avenue
A real estate deal of some magnitude that has been pending for some tim
culminated this week when Mrs. Ellen R. Dunn conveyed to B. A. Pessels
all of lot No. 6 in block No. 4 in the original townsite of Coleman for
a consideration of $15,000.
This is the property on which the Paint House and Gift Shop is located by the Gray - Gordon Company,
which also belongs to Mr. Pessels. With the additional buy Mr.
Pessels has 50 feet of valuable property facing east on Commercial
Avenue.
Mr. Pessels will not have possession of the property until
present leases expire and he considered any promulation of plansa at
this time premature.
