"Also located at this address was the S. L. Dear Publicity Service, owned by Silas L. Dear."

"The secretary's office of the Lion's Club was also located at this address.  R. D. Kinney, Jr. was the secretary, and L. Emmett Walker was the president.  The Lions Club meets Wednesday noon at the First Christian Club."
