406 S. Colorado Street was owned by Walker Funeral Home on August 3, 1978.

The old residence was converted to a cafe, known as The Lunch Box in 2006.  This business was owned and operated by Geneva Harris?.

It was sold to Family Funeral Homes of West Texas on August 1, 2013, then sold to Benny Max Allcorn on May 7, 2014,

The building was converted to a florist called Cottage Flowers by Benny Allcorn



then sold to David and Glacia Stalcup on March 26, 2019,

 which they combined with the Petal Patch, a flower shop located at 310 South Commercial Avenue,

then sold to Amy Gaines on May 16, 2019.

The building was remodeled back into a residence in the summer of 2019.
