In 1923, what would become 111 South Colorado Street was the back yard of the house located at 203 East Pecan Street.

By 1930, the house 203 East Pecan Street had been torn down, and a vacant lot was located at this address.

By 1948, Farmers Produce, a one story feed store, with a poultry room on the south side, was located at this address.

"In June 1948, Farmers Produce was located at 109 South Colorado Street.  Their telephone number was 5151."  (The Southwestern States Telephone Company, Coleman - Novice, Texas, June 1948.) 


March 2003 - west side

By the early 1990's, the old wood frame feed store had been torn down and replaced by a metal building.

"111 South Colorado Street was purchased by Thad W. Sansing, July 12, 1991."  (Coleman County Deed Record Book 633, page 811.)

In 2003, there was no business identification on this building.
