The 1923 map is the first map on which 1000 West College Avenue
appears, even though it was built at an earlier date. At this time
it did not cover two full blocks, as lot 4 had not been added to this address.
Note the A and B designations for small dwelling on the south side of the
lot, and the main house with outbuildings on north side on lot 1. |

telephone number was 173-J. He was a involved in farm lands, loans
and investments. His business was located at 108 West Live Oak Street,
