By 1909 a small dwelling was located at 215 West Cedar Street.  On the 1909 map, it is labeled as "old dwelling," so it probably exits a number of years before 1909.  This location was not included on any map earlier than 1909.  This dwelling was assigned different address numbers in the early years, being address as 215 West Cedar Street by 1930.  By this time the smaller dwelling had been removed, and a larger frame house built at this location.  By 1948 an automobile garage had been built on the south side of the lot.  Today this dwelling remains unchanged, with the addition of a carport/porch on the north and east sides, and a second carport just to the south of the house.
