The location later addressed as 113 West Cedar Street, was built
sometime before 1909. Earlier maps do not show West Cedar Street,
so an exact date of the construction of this dwelling is not known.
The address system was changed over the years, but the address of 113 West
Cedar Street was standardized by 1923.
This one-story dwelling saw a few changes over the years, mostly in
the addition and deletion of porches. Several outbuildings, sheds
and auto garages occupied various part of the lot at different times
