Stanphill School

I feel that the Stanphill School was started by or on land of William A. Stanphill, who settled near Burkett in 1885.  It was school #1 of District #23.  It was probably absorbed by the Rae School before 1903, as District #23 (Rae) was given permission to sell the old Stanphill School House in 1903.
