 Comments On Games

The 74 points scored against Jim Ned set a modern day scoring record for CHS (with the reserves playing much of the second half).  But even with this large score, CHS was still behind its opponents in total points 147 to 158 after this game.  In this game, CHS had 485 total yards gained with 25 first downs; Warrick had 172 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Goldthwaite placed first and Coleman and Bangs tied for second in district.  Bangs represented our district as runner-up.
