"Moved to Brownwood, Texas - lived and worked for the City for 15 years.  I moved in 2001 to Texarkana worked on an army base overseeing their water and wastewater treatment for a year then took a Director's position for the City of Mount Pleasant, Texas.  I have been there a little over a year."   (November 2003.)
