Former CHS Student Dies In Hurst
Rodney
Wayne (Rocky) Pridemore, 17, former student in Coleman High School,
died in an automobile accident early Monday morning in Hurst. Funeral
services will be conducted in Henderson Funeral Home Chapel in Coleman
at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 30, 1978 and burial will be in Coleman
City Cemetery under direction of Henderson Funeral Home, Officiating
minister will be the Rev. Paul Hubbard of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Young Pridemore, who attended school in Coleman in 1976, was a senior
in Keller High School at Fort Worth at the time of his death. He was
born in Clovis, New Mexico, January 31, 1961, to Ralph and Louise
Knowles Pridemore. He was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving him are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Pridemore of Fort
Worth; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Knowles of Coleman; one
sister, Mrs. Linda Wilburn of Haltom City; and two brothers, Ralph
(Skip) Pridemore of Mansfield and Randy Pridemore of Fort Worth.
