Our itinerary for the weekend of November 2nd and 3rd will be to attend the game that evening in Coleman where the Bluecats will be playing Ballinger.  On Saturday November the 3rd we are to meet at the Coleman Country Club at 9:00 a.m with a little meet and greet session where class pictures will be taken about 10:00 a.m. by Ralph Terry of Terry Studio.  Several individuals will be playing golf that day with a tenative tee time of 11:00 a.m.

There will be a mid-afternoon lunch about 3:00 or 3:30 p.m. with live music being provided by Coleman's Country and Western Band Double Shott, and Dallas's Rythym and Blues Band Shame Shame featuring Dempsey Crenshaw.  Music will begin about 8:00 p.m.  There will be a $50.00 fee per couple (which includes any children) or $25.00 per individual (which includes any children).

There are rooms blocked off at the Best Western and Budget Inns for anyone associated with the three classes, but the rooms need to be reserved by October 1st.  And last of all, we would like to have all money in by Friday, October 12th so that an accurate head count will be in place for catering purposes.
