Something About Mike ..... "After graduation from Coleman High school, I attended Texas Tech for the first semester and then transferred to Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches. Soon after the tranfer, I received my draft number and decided to enlist with the Texas National Guard. I graduated from SFA with a degree in Forestry Wildlife Management and a second major of Biology Wildlife Science. I was initially employed by Champion International Corporation as a Forester. After 31 years of surviving mergers, buyouts, and land sales, I am currently employed by Resource Mangement Service with a office in Livingston, Texas. I am the Texas Region Manager for this company with management responsibility for 225,000 acres of forest land. I have been married for 26 years to Kim and we have a one and only daughter Mandie. My daughter is currently attending a Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and playing Golf. My wife Kim is CFO for a company that has 43 Sonic franchises." (January 2007.) |
