4 children and three grandkids so far ... oldest daughter is 32 with sons
24 and 22 and the baby is a graduate of the Class of 2000 in Breckenridge.
I am retired as an emergency medic and instructor, former editor of the
Breckenridge American newspaper and news director of the company owned
radio stations. I am now on the editorial staff of the Wise County
Messenger in Decatur. I also do some computer, a member of Kiwanis
International, past president of the Breckenridge Kiwanis Club and former
chaplain BPOE Elks. Have been 39 years of age for 15 years."

COLEMAN NATIVE INSTALLED AS KIWANIS LT. GOVERNOR
The 87th Annual meeting of the Texas-Oklahoma District of Kiwanis International,
held Aug. 4-7, in Tyler was highlighted with the Governor’s Banquet and
the installation of district officers for the upcoming year. Coleman
native Kerry Craig was installed as Lt. Governor of Division 32 and will
serve on the district’s board of directors along with Lt. Governors representing
37 other divisions in the district. Division 32 includes Kiwanis
Clubs in Paris, Commerce and Greenville.
Craig is completing his third consecutive term as president of Sulphur
Springs, Texas, Golden K Kiwanis and previously served as president of
the Breckenridge, Texas club.
His wife, Kelley, is also a Kiwanis member, serving as secretary of
Sulphur Springs Golden K.
Kerry, the son of Evelyn and the late Lee F. Craig of Coleman, is assistant
managing editor of the Sulphur Springs News-Telegram. |

Kelley and Kerry Craig Celebrate Their 25th Wedding
Anniversary
Kerry and Kelley Craig of Sulphur Springs celebrated their 25th wedding
anniversary on Monday, January 2nd. Kerry, son of Evelyn Craig and
the late Lee Craig, grew up in Coleman and graduated from Coleman High
in 1964. Kerry's brother, Kendal, is also a resident of Coleman.
Kelly is a native of Winters, Texas, the daughter of Yvonne Thomas of Sulphur
Springs (formerly of Winters) and the late Richard C. Thomas. She
is a 1960 graduate of San Angelo Central High School. She is employed
as Hopkins County Deputy District Clerk and is secretary of Sulphur Springs
Golden K Kiwanis. Kerry is the assistant editor of the Sulphur Springs
News-Telegram and is Division 32 Lt. Governor of Texas-Oklahoma District
of Kiwanis International. |
