| Something About Me: "1959 to 1968 - I worked for Wallace E. Dingus, Attorney, in Coleman, as legal secretary. In 1969, I moved to Abilene and from 1969 to 1992, worked at First State Bank, Abilene, in the Loan Department. From 1993 to 2002, I worked for Bradbury Law Firm in Abilene, as receptionist and bookkeeper and retired from that job on December 31, 2002. In March 2003, I took a part time job with the Abilene Police Department as assistant to the Executive Secretary to the Chief of Police. I love working part time, reading, watching reruns on television, container gardening, learning to cook, and volunteering fro Hospice of the Big Country. My Mother died in 1986 and my Dad died in 1995. I had no brothers or sisters, and I never married - so I am MY OWN BOSS!" (September 2004.) | ||
