Coleman for Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Graduated,
married Wilda, went to Ethiopia as Independent Baptist missionaries.
Had one son and three daughters. Returned to the states in 1973,
founded a Baptist Church in Connecticut. Became pastor of Faith Baptist
Church in Macon, Missouri in 1985. Still there 11 grandchildren later.
I believe Coleman served as a tremendous base for my life. I still
refer to it as home. The greatest thing in my life took place in
Central Baptist Church there. I found Jesus Christ as my personal
saviour my junior year. I thank God for some of the high school teachers
who supported me in my faith, especially Mrs. Burroughs." (2001.)
