PERSONALS

Jessie Pearl Renshaw is a guest this week in Rising Star in the home 
of her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Tige Richards.
 
Mrs. Leonard Fletcher went to Sweetwater, Monday for a medical checkup.

Weekend guests in the Ben Oglesby home included his mother. Mrs. Lula 
Oglesby, of Lubbock and his sister and brother-in-law Mr. and 
Mrs. M. W. Connell, of Fort Worth.
 
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lee Scott and daughter of Denver City visited relatives 
and friends in Bronte this weekend.
 
Sunday guests in the Oscar Renshaw home were Mr. and Mrs. Jess Eads of 
Robert Lee.
 
Mrs. Leonard Fletcher spent Wednesday in Sterling City with her son and 
daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. William Fletcher.
 
Marguerite T. Murphey of Loving, N. Mex., is spending this week of her 
vacation in the home of her niece, Mrs. Marvin Corley and family.  She is 
also visiting Mr. and Mrs. Ben Murphey at Tennyson.
 
Mrs. Larry Abbott and Kyle of San Angelo were Bronte visitors this week.
 
Mr. and Mrs. John Coalson of Meadow were in Bronte Wednesday night visiting 
friends and relatives.
 
Mickey and Larry Phillips, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Phillips of San Angelo, 
visited their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Adair here Sunday and Monday 
while their parents made a trip to Houston.
 
Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Modgling and Gary of Weatherford were recent visitors in 
the home of his parents, Mr. and B. E. Modgling.
 
Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Coppedge and family were Mr. and Mrs. Tom 
Vines and children of Midland and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Coppedge of San Angelo. 
They enjoyed a fish fry.
