News Story: Fires in Coke County - Dos Amigos Fire June 2011

County Employees on the Fire Line Once Again! 

Employees from Coke County Precinct 4 were on the scene of the Dos Amigos fire 
Wednesday afternoon. This photo shows the fire as it rolls up the hills on 
the north side of State Highway 158 west of Robert Lee approximately 15 miles. 
The fire began that morning on the Dos Amigos Ranch on the south side of 
Hwy 158. Before it was contained, it moved into both Sterling and Mitchell 
counties.
