    Mrs. Etta Early 1969

    BOWIE - Mrs. Etta Early, 80, a former resident of Denton, died at 4 p.m. Monday in a Bowie hospital

    Mrs. Early was born in December, 1889. She was a graduate of Denton High School and a member of the Church of Christ. She married D.C. Early in 1906.

    Survivors include three sisters, Mrs.J.D. Balentine and Mrs. Mabel Meadows, both of Denton, and Mrs. Lila Scharber of Avinger; three brothers, J.H. Marchbanks and R. M. Marchbanks, both of Levelland, and A.J. Marchbanks of California.

    Funeral services were to be held today at 1 p.m. in the Bellevue Church of Christ with burial in Bellevue Cemetery, Bellevue.

    Owens Brumley Funeral Home of Bowie was in charge of the arrangements.
