Bert William Ball was my grandfather.  My grandmother, Kathrene Narcissus “Kate” Ball nee Spear was also a teacher. 
Two of my uncles were born in Tell.  They are Bert William Ball, Jr., born 1921 and James Thomas Ball, born 1924.
