Funeral services for Dustin Paul Dudley, 20, of Tecula are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007 at Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with Rev. David Hallum and Rev. Johnny Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Tecula Cemetery. Dustin died on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007 in Cherokee County. He was born on Jan. 27, 1987 in Jacksonville. He attended the Baptist church and Church of the Nazarene. He was a 2005 graduate of Jacksonville High School and welding school in Oklahoma. He was employed at Tri-County Sale Barn for several years, was active in FFA at Jacksonville and loved to train horses and hog hunt. Dustin is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Lewis Moore, great-grandmother Guydon Moore and great grandparents, Hollis and Carmen Dudley. Survivors include his father and step mother, Phillip Paul and Carrie Dudley, of Price; mother and step-father, Melissa Kay Dudley, of Tecula and Tony Lawson, Fort Worth; grandparents, Carolyn Covey, of Tecula, Sammy Covey, Sr. and Gail, of Gladewater, Milburn and Loma Dudley, of Jacksonville; great grandparents, C. L. and Mila Biddy, of Chandler; brother, Justiss Dudley, of Price; sisters, Lauren Dudley, Destiny Dudley, and Kylie Dudley, all of Price; girlfriend, Courtney Rodriguez; uncles, Sammy Covey, Jr. and Randall Covey; and aunt, Lisa Meeks. Pallbearers will be Jake Stephenson, Cam Carr, Dale Cavazos, Jeff Sewell, Robert (Little Randy) Fields, Eric Smith, Theotis Whitaker and Ramiro “Ram” Rodriguez. Honorary pallbearers will be Obie Bostwick, Bubba Carr, Randy Hollingsworth, Joey Willis, Brent Dickson, Randy Fields, Wayne Toole and Jachin Webster.
