SHERRY LEE TURNER

Funeral for Sherry Lee Turner, 46, of Rusk was at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Walker Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Walles officiating.

Mrs. Turner died Aug. 29. She was born Aug. 20, 1962 in Kewanee, Ill. She was a resident of Rusk for 13 months and formerly lived in Reklaw, Arizona, and Illinois.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one infant son, Kevin Turner.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Turner of Rusk; six sons; three daughters; her mother and father-in-law, Erwin and Kathryne Turner of Reklaw and numerous family members and friends.

Arrangements were under the direction of Wallace- Thompson Funeral Home.

Jerry Walles officiating under the direction of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Rusk. Mrs. Turner died Aug. 29, 2008, in a Rusk hospital. She was born Aug. 20, 2962, in Kewanee, Ill. Mrs. Turner was a resident of Rusk 13 months, formerly of Reklaw. She was a housewife and was raised in Tullon , Ill., and lived in Arizona 20 years and moved to Texas in 2005.She was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant son, Kevin Turner. She is survived by her husband, Paul Turner of Rusk; children, six sons and three daughters; in laws, Erwin and Kathryne Turner of Reklaw; and a host of family and friends.
