SALOMON RAMOS

 

Funeral mass for Salomon Ramos, 31, of Jacksonville, was at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with Father Freddy Celano-Penaloza officiating. Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Park, Jacksonville. Rosary was at 7 p.m. Nov. 7, at Autry Funeral Home.

Mr. Ramos died Nov. 4. He was born Sept. 4, 1977, in Rancho Pozo Hondo, San Luis de la Paz, GTO, Mexico to Delfino Ramos and Belen Otero Ramos.

He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and a construction worker.

Survivors include his wife, Ofelia Ramos of Jacksonville; parents, Delfino and Belen Ramos of Jacksonville; two sons, Salomon Ramos Jr. and Jose Emilio Ramos, both of Jacksonville; five brothers, Jose Isabel Ramos and Jose Luis Ramos, both of Jacksonville, Armando Ramos of Mississippi, Fulgencio Ramos of Jacksonville and Gilberto Ramos of Anna; four sisters Edit Arredondo of San Luis de la Paz, GTO, Mexico, Cristina Ramos of Queens, N.Y., Jackelin Ramos, Maria de la Luz Ramos and Belen Ramos, all of San Luis de la Paz, GTO, Mexico.

Pallbearers were Manuel Arredondo, Jose Isabel Ramos, Jose Otero, Fulgencio Ramos, Jorge Arredondo, Armando Ramos, Jose Ramos and Gilberto Ramos.
