DELBERT EARL LANDRUM
Funeral for Delbert Earl Landrum, 83, of Missouri City was at 10 a.m. Oct. 6 at the Earthman Southwest Chapel in Stafford in Stanford. Burial was at 3 p.m. at Lynches Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Landrum died Oct. 1. He was born July 10, 1925, in Alto, the ninth child of Bob and Roxie Robinson Landrum.

Mr. Landrum served four years active duty as a U.S. Marine during World War II. He was a deacon at Heritage Baptist Church in Missouri City.

Survivors include his wife, Vallie Joy Strickland Landrum; a daughter, Carol Ann Steadman; two sons, Dennis Earl Landrum, and Randle Lee Landrum; three sisters, Letha Collins, Veda Thibodeaux and Eva Rae Nance; a brother, Donald Landrum; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
