SANDRA JO GLOVER

 

Funeral for Sandra Jo Glover, 58, of Rusk will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday in Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. R.S. Dyess and the Rev. Ricky King officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Mrs. Glover died Nov. 2. She was born Sept. 18, 1950, in Rusk. Mrs. Glover was a resident of Rusk and Cherokee county all of her life and a Licensed Vocational Nurse for 30 years. She was a member of Mount Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her father, Ira Irma (Roscoe) Hinson; and sister, Penny Hinson.

Survivors are her husband of eight years, Roy Glover of Rusk; four children and spouses, Lisa Taylor, Shannon Langston, Amanda and John Woodruff, all of Rusk and Timothy Langston and wife; step-daughter-in-law, Lisa Glover and husband John of Coppell and Roy Glover Jr. of Dallas; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Debbie Butler and Donna and Charlie Blakemore, all of Alto; brother, Roy Hinson of Rusk; mother, Gertrude Hinson of Alto; sister-in-law and husband, Grace and Raymond Hill of Jacksonville; 12 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will include Nickel Foreman, William Hill, Kevin Loden, Charlie Blakemore, Caanan Blakemore, Roy Glover and Dean Kanupp. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Hill and Lester Blakemore.
