OPAL CROW

Graveside service for Opal Barclay Crow, 97, of Georgetown, formerly of Rusk, will be held at Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville at 1 p.m. Thursday, with Pastor Tommy Williams officiating.

Mrs. Crow died Nov.3. She was born in Tyler County March 29, 1911, and was the last surviving child of 11 children born to Bishop Anderson Barclay and Dora Ann Dean Barclay. She married Milton Crow May 24, 1929, and remained married to him until his death in 1968.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dora Dean and Glynn D. Buie; grandsons, Phillip Buie, Alan M. Buie and wife Rachel Buie; a granddaughter, Beverly Ann Smith; and three great- grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Zachary Smith, and Austin Smith.
