RANDAL CAROL BIVENS

A small family service was held for Randal Carol Bivens, 58, of Jacksonville.

Mr. Bivens died Feb. 17. He was born July 13, 1949, in Houston to the late Lester and Margie Moore Bivens.

Survivors are his wife, Kathy Bivens of Jacksonville; children, Shlinda Germany of Oklahoma, Nicki Bivens of Pennsylvania, Amy Tylich of Rusk and Wednesday Maldondo of West Virginia and seven grandchildren.
