Oleta Fay Thomason

Services for Oleta Fay Thomason, 84, of Rusk, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at Rocky Springs Baptist Church in Dialville, Texas with Rev, Charles Swilling officiating. Burial will be at Rocky Springs Cemetery in Dialville under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Jacksonville.

Mrs. Thomason died Friday, March 2 in Tyler.

She was born January 30, 1923 in Rusk.

She was retired from Southwestern Bell and was a member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Clayton Thomason.

Mrs. Thomason is survived by one son, John Thomason of Rusk; ex-daughters-in-law Michelle Thomason and Diane Thomason, both of Tyler; one grandson, Nevada Thomason of Tyler and one granddaughter, Sarah Thomason of College Station.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 5 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel.
