Funeral service for Emma Jean Merritt Coleman, 88, of Jacksonville will be held at 10 a.m. today at Autry Funeral Home Chapel, Jacksonville with Rev. Steve Edwards officiating.
Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, Jacksonville.
Mrs. Coleman died Jan. 9 in Jacksonville. She was born July 19, 1920 in Jacksonville to Edwin Sherwood Merritt and Hattie Merritt.
She was a member of Central Baptist Church and formerly owned the Linda Kay Dress Shop.
She is preceded in death by her husbands Bill Storment and Herbert Coleman.
Survivors include niece Linda Kay Powers of Houston; nephews Thomas Merritt of Houston and Lawrence Merritt of Pasadena; sister-in-law Edith Merritt of Pasadena; and cousin Joan Walker of Pensacola, Fla.
Pallbearers are Sammy Powers, Chad Powers, Sam Powers, Johnny Sanderson, Frank Dublin and Bo Moore. Honorary pallbearer is Charlie Mullican.
