Retha Merle Biscoe

Services for Retha Merle Biscoe, 85, of Tyler and formerly of Bullard, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Donnie Barron officiating.

Burial will be at Bullard Cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Biscoe died Feb. 10, 2007 in Tyler.

She was born Aug. 9, 1921 in Reese, Texas.

She was a homemaker and a member of Bullard Southern Baptist Church.

Mrs. Biscoe was preceded in death by her husband Jerry E. Biscoe.

She is survived by two sons, Paul “Chuck” Biscoe and his wife Suzy of Palestine, Texas and Jerry Biscoe and his wife Laurie of Kyle, Texas; one daughter, Diane Bishop and her husband Charles of Pelham, Alabama; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Biscoe, Jason Bishop, Jeremy Biscoe, Greg McKeethan, Jimmy Bain and David French.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
