JOHN DAVID
(SONNY) KESINGER
Graveside service for John David (Sonny) Kesinger was at 1 p.m. Friday
at the Douglass Cemetery with Jim Middleton officiating.
Mr. Kesinger died May 23. He was born Oct. 6, 1942, in Nacogdoches County to Johnnie and Hazel Brown Kesinger. He grew up in Alto and later moved to Houston where he lived for 43 years. He worked for many years as a salesman for Airco Welding and was a Baptist. He had attended the Church of Christ for the last few years.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and a sister, Juanita (Sister) Burran.
Survivors are two daughters and a son-in-law, Terry and Foreign Broussard and Donna DeSilva, all of Houston; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Henry (Bo) and Karen Kesinger and Robert Kesinger, all of Alto; four grandchildren, Eric Hackney, Rachel Wilson, Sterling Broussard and Heather Broussard.
O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
