ANITA WRIGHT BRADFORD
Funeral for Anita Wright Bradford, 87, of Tomball, formerly of Alto, was
at 11 a.m. Saturday in the A. Frank Smith United Methodist Church with
the Rev. Dick Dobbins officiating. Burial was at 2 p.m. in Laneville
Cemetery.
Mrs. Bradford died Wednesday. She was born July 24, 1919, in Henderson to Joseph Hansel and Georgia Pollard Wright. She lived most of her life in Alto and was a member of the A. Frank Smith United Methodist Church. She attended the Alto Thursday Study Club and worked as a bookkeeper for Bauman Lumber and Whiteman Foods.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Doug Bradford; three brothers and four sisters.
Survivors are a son and daughter-in-law, Noel and Sylvia Bradford of Cypress; a daughter and son-in-law, Becky and John Dutch of Magnolia; five grandchildren, Noel Bradford Jr., Chad Bradford, Jeff Bradford, Jason Bradford and Nathan Dutch; eight great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kathleen, Connor, Laura, Keith, Jeffery II, Caroline and Justin.
Pallbearers were Noel Bradford Jr., Chad Bradford, Jeff Bradford, Jason Bradford, Nathan Dutch and Bill Skinner.
Memorials may be made to the Stella Hill Memorial Library in Alto.
O.T. Allen & Son was in charge of arrangements.
