Funeral services for LaVerne Joyce Lindsey, 79 of Frankston, Texas are scheduled for Friday, December 21, 2007 at 10:00 A. M. at Autry Funeral Chapel, Frankston with Rev. J. A. Griffin and Rev. James Farmer presiding. Burial will follow at Frankston City Cemetery. Mrs. Lindsey died Wednesday, December 19, 2007 in Jacksonville, TX. She was born June 28, 1928 in Frankston to the late Len and Ester Henderson. She was a member of Frankston Assembly of God and was a caretaker. Mrs. Lindsey was preceded in death by parents and sister Amanda Adams. Survivors are sons Curtis Grubbs, Coffee City, and Edward Grubbs, Frankston, daughters and sons-in-law Shirley and David Nolen, Frankston and Debra and David Harrell, Frankston, brother Bobby Jack Henderson, Frankston, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be: Danny Shires, Justin Tippett, Trent Nolen, Ronny Nolen, David Harrell, and David Nolen. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 20, 2007 from 6:00 p. m. – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Frankston.
