NEVA JOY HUDSON
Graveside service for Neva Joy Hudson, of Alto, formerly of Childress,
was at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Old Palestine Cemetery.
Mrs. Hudson died Thursday. She was born Oct. 22, 1936, in Wellington to Elmer and Ruth Moore Willard. She had lived in Alto for the past 10 years and was a Methodist. She worked as a florist and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Parker. Survivors are her husband, Wesley Hudson of Alto; two sons, Doug Parker of Nacogdoches and Bryan Parker of San Antonio; a step-son, Rodney Hudson of Rusk; two daughters, Sherry Cheatham and Tina Parker of Rusk; two step-daughters, Karen Vaught of Rusk and Carllets Dunn of San Antonio; four brothers, Earl Willard of Missoula, Ervin Willard of Uvalde, Jimmy Willard of Bowie and Bobby Willard of Vernon; two sisters, Marilyn Wallace of Vernon and Karen Lance of Quanah; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren
