MICHAEL ANTHONY CORY

Memorial services for Michael Anthony Cory, 47, of Rusk, was at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 14, 2007 in the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Keith Hassell officiating.

Mr. Cory died July 7 in a Jacksonville hospital. He was born March 7, 1960, in Ludington, Mich.

He was a resident of Rusk for 24 years, formerly of Michigan. He was an auto mechanic.

Preceding him in death were his father, Warren Cory; two brothers, Charles (Butch) Cory, Richard (Vick) Cory; and a brother-in-law, Paul Hanson.

Survivors are a daughter and son-in-law, Reva Michelle and Randy Morgan of Rusk; two granddaughters, Kylie Juline Morgan and Madison Rayanne Morgan of Rusk; his mother, Marceline Amie Cory of Custer, Mich.; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Jeff Cory, Randy and Anita Cory, and Jim and Kathy Cory, all of Michigan; six sisters and three brothers-in-law, Peggy and Irvin Padgett, Kathy Brackett, Patricia Savage, Vicki Hanson, Sandra and Sonny Wilson, Sally and Kevin Marcoux, all of Michigan.
